Job Description:

New Lexington Healthcare & Rehabilitation, owned and operated by Certus Healthcare, is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join our team!
The Director of Rehabilitation is an integral member of our team and family at New Lexington Healthcare & Rehabilitation. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead a team of therapists in completing therapy services with our residents as part of our internal onsite therapy team.
This position is open to any Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, COTA, or PTA!
This opportunity comes with a competitive negotiable salary up to $84,000 depending on licensure and experience. Salary could increase for someone with prior experience in a Director of Therapy Services or Director of Rehabilitation position.
