What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors
As an IT service technician at OHM Advisors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure. You will bring your knowledge of computer software & hardware to provide technical support to employees. You will also contribute to increase productivity, improve employee satisfaction, and overall business success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide software and hardware support and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deploy computers and associated peripheral hardware.
- Manage local inventory of computer assets.
- Provide occasional after-hours support.
- As-needed travel to remote offices (within 3-hour drive radius).
Requirements:
- 1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA and/or Microsoft Certification(s) is a plus.
