Reviews internal systems, controls, and processes and identifies ways to resolve regulatory gaps and deficiencies.
Acts as liaison and internal auditor in support of ISO 9001:2008 certification of the companies Quality Management System (QMS).
Assists with the implementation of new and updated compliance systems, standards, processes, procedures, and policies.
Coordination of all facets of the corporate QMS, including, but not limited to, maintaining overall system and related files, effective communication and distribution of revisions, provide guidance as needed, report on performance, schedules audits and other related meetings, etc.
Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations as well as company policies, procedures and internal controls.
Develops, maintains, and delivers compliance training content and programs.
Support compliance efforts with several approved Business Systems such as Estimating and Purchasing.
Maintain International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) documentation and certifications.
Build relationships with stakeholders to reinforce the importance of compliance measures and assure our procedures best support the needs of the organization within the regulations for which we are bound.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
BA/BS degree and 3-10 years of relevant experience
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be able to perform functional duties independently
Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience maintaining an existing Quality Management System and ISO 9008-2008 Certification
Experience auditing Corporate Purchasing System Review (CPSR)
Experience maintaining ITAR and FMS related documentation and certifications
Salary range: $75-100K
