Role - Application Support
Type: Contractual ( No Sub Vendors)
Location - Pittsburgh, PA or Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX or Strongsville, OH or Phoenix, AZ ( Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
• Handling configuration and deployment changes
• Troubleshooting issues on changes being performed
• Incident management support
Skills:
3-5 years of experience
MQ- Focus
Linux, uDeploy, Jenkins, GIT, Linux, Artifactory (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery), Ansible
Flex Skills: WebSphere, TomCat, Apache, and IIS
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, great communication (on the phone a lot), some customer service experience, ability to work with the MIS, ability to prioritize work sets.
Education:
• HS Diploma is ok
• Bachelor's preferred (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)
• 5+ years of related work exp regardless of educational background
