Salary: $90.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly

Description:

The IT Project Manager will oversee a large number of ongoing VEEVA efforts, including CTMS integration and the transition of Salesforce to Vault. This role requires managing the interdependencies of these projects, particularly during CRM transitions. A background in life sciences or pharmaceuticals is preferred, as the PM will drive the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure effective communication and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will excel in executing project plans, hitting milestones, and delivering results while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.




Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Project Leadership: Oversee the delivery and management of designated projects, including developing implementation plans and coordinating contributions from cross-functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Prepare reports and present results to stakeholders.
• 
  Service Delivery: Ensure that services align with proposed solutions and are delivered within agreed timelines.
• 
  Documentation: Create and maintain project plans and necessary documentation.
• 
  Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Regulatory, Quality, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, CMC) during the development and delivery of consulting services.
• 
  Progress Reporting: Present project updates to key stakeholders and manage their involvement and expectations effectively.
• 
  Revenue Opportunities: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing client relationships.
• 
  Application Support: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions are taken to support existing applications.
• 
  Client Needs: Understand client strategic needs and support business opportunities by collaborating with relevant SMEs.
• 
  Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen, focusing on maximizing project value and achieving commercial objectives, including profitability.
• 
  Process Development: Create processes and infrastructure (e.g., training materials, process maps, SOPs) to support team expansion.
• 
  Team Support: Assist team members with project delivery and research to meet overall group and company objectives.
