Responsibilities

Coordinates with clients and internal teams during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT or business process outsourced solution. Maintains client satisfaction, client communication, and supports the overall management of the client relationship. Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business. Implements and processes client changes to programs. Prepares standard and ad hoc reporting and researches and troubleshoots client concerns and data issues.



Qualifications

Qualifications: Certified return-to-work specialist in the state of Oregon and/or Vocational intern in Washington, which allows the individual to provide job search skills instruction, job development, return-to-work follow-up, and labor market search, and to determine eligibility for vocational assistance except when the determination requires a judgment as to whether the worker has a substantial handicap to employment.

For OR RTW specialist: Specialist certification requires 24 months of direct experience. Full-time (or the equivalent) additional college coursework in psychology, counseling, education, a field related to human services, or a field related to vocational rehabilitation may substitute for up to 18 months of direct experience, on a month-for-month basis.

Requirements:

  • Certified return-to-work specialist in the state of Oregon or Vocational Intern in Washington
  • Travel: Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to and attend in-person appointments with injured workers in assigned geography.
  • Internet: Must have reliable internet.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 - $58,200 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
