Your Role:
The Supply Planning Expert will be part of the "External Manufacturing - Supply Chain team within the Life Science Supply Chain organization and will be in charge of planning and buying finished goods from external manufacturers worldwide. A challenging cross-functional and international work environment. Job duties include:
Ensure that all defined key performance indicators are achieved (e.g. on-time delivery) to increase customer satisfaction at reasonable costs
Planning/buying activities of finished goods will be one of your major tasks including maintenance of purchasing parameters of your portfolio and alignment with various internal stakeholders like Sourcing/Marketing/Quality/Finance.
Collaboration with the global suppliers and you'll prepare/lead monthly supply chain meetings with key suppliers
Focus on Improvement of reporting, global projects such as production transfer between suppliers
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or other Business field
2 + years of supply chain experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in English and strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and agility
Open-minded team player with an understanding of cultural diversities
Ability to balance priorities/work under pressure
Experience in ERP systems (SAP), (Oracle), and analytical skills incl. Excel
