We are seeking a Senior Partnerships and Growth Lead who is passionate about forging partnerships in this unique way, grounded in experience and driven by a desire to rethink the conventional approaches to business development in the federal sector.
As a Senior Partnerships and Growth Lead, you will lead thoughtful and strategic growth for a small business scaling quickly into GovCon large business status. You will drive efforts in expanding our network of partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring Agile Six remains at the forefront of market demands. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and tracking the best potential opportunities for the business to pursue, attending industry events, developing and nurturing key relationships with our partners and potential stakeholders, and supporting our proposal, bidding, and market research initiatives.
As part of our Strategy Team, you will collaborate to identify, vet, and develop strategic opportunities. You will also work across departmentsincluding proposals, contracts, finance, and deliveryand play a crucial role in ensuring alignment between our business development efforts and the execution of our projects. Above all, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism when representing Agile Six, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to integrity, excellence, and our core values.
By building and strengthening Agile Sixs presence in the marketplace as well as our relationships with external partners, you will be fundamental to expanding Agile Six's portfolio in alignment with our core values. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the federal government, and/or an established network within agencies like the VA, CMS, and/or other non-defense government organizations. You will need to embody authentic leadership, exhibit strong negotiation and influencing skills, and demonstrate critical thinking when evaluating potential partnerships.

The salary for this position is $173,853-$203,524.
