Responsibilities

Revolution is looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This on-site position will serve as the key administrative support for the site and will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting with various tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Oversee office operations and manage administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory levels of office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and office communications.
  • Greet visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and route incoming calls on the switchboard, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage office traffic and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the Plant Manager and Production team.
  • Assist with preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.
  • Provide support in the planning and execution of company events and special projects.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring professionalism in all communications (email, phone, mail).
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.


Qualifications



  • High School diploma or GED with previous office experience required. Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative or similar role is required.
  • Proficient computer skills in relevant software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks by priority.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.

Pay Transparency: Base Range $20-$25/hour + Overtime + Benefits + PTO
