Location: Skillman, NJ or Markham, Canada Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

What you will do
The NA GPEx Demand Planning Analyst is a member of the Global Planning Excellence team whose main responsibility is to ensure excellence in demand planning performance through measuring key demand accuracy KPIs across the entire product Lifecyle.
The NA GPEx Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring flawless monthly tracking of key demand planning key performance indicators. You will be responsible for supporting the New Product Introduction demand forecast bottoms up tool and its dashboards as well as shape further improvements. You will also provide support to ensure excellence in execution in our systems and drive collaboration among different stakeholders to adhere to best practices. This scope will enable you to collaborate with various internal partners to provide problem resolution and support.
Key Responsibilities
Report key demand accuracy KPI status to peers and management and work with the planning organization to monitor and improve performance.
Lead further improvements to the New Product Introduction tool and its dashboards.
Establish process to manage end of life products in demand planning.
Provide system support and perform system sweeps to ensure data accuracy and excellence in execution.
Support training new planners on business processes and system tools.
Promote the use of planning best practices in the user community to advance organizational expertise within SAP APO
Contribute to regional projects.
Lead Supply Chain best practice initiatives and benchmarking activities internally.
Interface with Kenvue group peers to share best practices and establish consistent Supply Chain processes regionally.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
Strong knowledge of Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP's, pivot tables).
The ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.
Must possess strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills for presentation to all levels of internal customers and Kenvue management.
Must possess strong people skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent time management skills and thrive when working on virtual teams and projects with colleagues physically located elsewhere.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Operations Research, Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
SAP or ERP system experience.
APICS Certification.
Lean, Six-Sigma or Process Excellence training and/or certification.
