Dispatcher - Conroe, TX

A Day in the Life:

Our Dispatcher will manage daily operations, including forecasting future needs. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and optimizing route sequences
• Addressing customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Maintaining safety standards per federal, state, and company policies
• Forecasting and communicating equipment needs
• Data entry and distribution
• Continuously improving route efficiencies through regular maintenance

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong geographical knowledge
• Expertise in routing pick-up and delivery drivers and route drivers
• Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other computer programs

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Starting pay: $16 to $19/hour (paid weekly)
• Schedule:11AM to 7:30pm Monday-Friday (Evening Shift)
