The Massachusetts General Brigham Pathology Service, a comprehensive academic pathology department, delivers subspecialty clinical services, hosts robust training and education programs, and performs cutting-edge research.
Our clinical laboratory services provide clinicians with information that enables patient diagnosis and treatment. We play a vital role in caring for almost all patients at Mass General, and many pathologists outside of our hospital also use our services.
Our Medical Technologists (MT) perform assigned laboratory tests in specialty departments including Chemistry, Blood Bank, and Microbiology within a variety of shifts. See below:
Day Shift is: 7 AM to 3:30 PM
Evening Shift is: 3 PM to 11:30 PM
Night Shift is: 11 PM to 7:30 AM

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Lab Sciences preferred and ASCP Certification Eligible
OR
BS or BA in Science from an accredited college; and
Certification Eligible based on one year work experience WITHIN A CLIA Lab plus degree
OR
Bachelors Degree in Science, Medical Technology, or Clinical Lab Sciences and ASCP Certified.
