Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking to add an Assistant Front Office Manager to the team. The property sits on 24-acres of beachfront, 360 guest rooms, 62,450 sf of event space and 17 meeting rooms. This role will help oversee the daily Front Office operations, lead a talented and diverse team daily and be able to handle any type of guest service situation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year supervisory background, 2 years hotel front office experience and passion to excel and grow within hospitality.
The annual salary range for this role is $47,000 - $66,560 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
