DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! We are looking for a Quality Supervisor that will assist the Director of Quality Assurance in the maintenance and oversight of day to day operations of the labeling and quality technician teams.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
1. Provides oversight of the daily operations for labeling teams and ensures product is final labeled and inspected to meet orders and demand.
2. Assists with training labeling and quality technicians in the labeling and inspection of final products.
3. Oversees the labeling and inspection of all final product. Including locating quarantined donors, preparing them for labeling, and the application of labels to appropriate tissues.
4. Ensures compliance with internal procedures, FDA regulations and AATB standards.
5. Works with the Quality Data Systems Manager to develop tracking metrics to evaluate the success and completion of goals. Evaluates trends in performance to determine process improvements.
6. Works with Operations staff on trending fallout to reduce the amount of tissue fallout.
7. Assists QA with the initiation, investigation and closure of deviations, complaints and other occurrence reports.
8. Identifies, creates, reviews and revises all applicable standard operating procedures related to labeling or quality technician operations.
9. Coordinates supply ordering and performs inventory management for supplies needed for final product labeling.
10. Acts as a role model for DCIDS by supporting, reinforcing, and exhibiting behaviors consistent with the DCIDS core values, which are: selfless, hardworking, passionate, and dependable.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Four years of tissue banking or related field, including team lead experience or employee supervision is required
• CTBS, ASQ preferred
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
