Manage fuel retail pricing for all divisions. Execute retail price changes centrally, applied across the divisions. Ensure that pricing strategies are executed consistently and in alignment with product and promotional strategies. Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, providing stretch goals to aid in the team's growth & development, and ensure accountability. Ensure everyday pricing is aligned with the Customer 1st Strategy in support of the corporate-specific financial and customer objectives. Serve as the pricing liaison between General Office and divisions to communicate pricing related information. - Bachelor's Degree Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of pricing or analytical experience in the industry
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all business matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
- Ability to mentor and lead a team of analysts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with price management tools

- Travel to markets and assigned locations to review and characterize all fuel competition relative to Kroger fuel facilities
