Overview
Director, Strategy with Engagement focus
Publicis CoLab is where brilliant minds come together to create digital products, advertising campaigns and media experiences that bring bold, award-winning ideas to life.
In this digital age we find ourselves, we strive to blur and merge the skill sets of traditional brand planners and engagement strategists. In this way, with a more "T-shaped" team of strategists we're able to be nimble and flex across a wider range of projects and clients needs, ultimately providing a higher level of value.
The "focus" is where you start, but as you grow with the team, your skills and experience will also.
What is an Engagement focus? The primary remit concerns how patients & HCPs engage with the Paid, Owned and Earned channels. How does the problem address their needs for information and are we solving patient or HCPs problem? How to do we drive repeat and ongoing engagement, and ultimately loyalty. All of this is in the context of the science, and disease state that drives the business. You will assist with the vision and guiding system for integrated and innovative campaigns and work closely with Planning, Media and Tech to make it happen.
We are looking for those with a self-starter attitude and a modern approach to connected experiences for brands; who understands consumer and HCP behavior, the context in which those behaviors happen and how to design moments of engagement that influence patient journeys. They also understand that consumer experiences aren't linear and take an omni-channel approach. Sound like you? Read on.
