We are seeking undergraduate sophomore and junior students majoring in Environmental Science, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field for a 10-Week Student Intern role to be working in Waltham, MA for a June 2nd - August 8th contract period.
Position Duties:
Support Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Team in auditing standard operating procedures, guidelines, and documents.
Research SHE best practices in the industry to provide recommendations based on site auditing activity.
Organize and document manage programs within the SHE Department, being agile with transition planning between the current Waltham, MA site and upcoming Boston-Kendall Square, MA site.
Position Requirements:
Undergraduate sophomores and juniors majoring in Environmental Science, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. **Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025
Strong reading comprehension, organization, and time management skills
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheets required
Familiar with regulatory frameworks such as OSHA and EPA
Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
Ability to report onsite to Waltham, MA 5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
Minimum grade point average of 3.0
