Job Summary
Responsible for the development and execution of the short and long-term sales strategies for the Company. This role will focus on the strategic and operational support of the field acquisition channels, EAM, SEAM, SEAE. Implements the tactical plans to ensure the success of the field sales channels that this role supports. Monitors the progress of sales; reviews records and reports provided to senior management; and solicits employee feedback to drive product engagement and sustained adoption. Designs, organizes, promotes, and delivers employee engagement experiences and reinforcement plans that strengthen product knowledge, enhance product advocacy, and ensure the success of the Company's sales campaigns. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes, and integrates strategy for functional area(s).Job Description

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $150,937.52 - $226,406.28
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
