RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Phoenix, AZ.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Scrum Master with experience in Agile, SAFe, and Big Room Planning for our Retail Client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guiding Agile teams, coordinating with business partners, and driving technical solutions for key product initiatives. This role collaborates closely with business partners, DevOps, Platform teams, Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, and Leadership to ensure solutions are complete, efficient, and aligned with standards. The Scrum Master will ensure the scrum team stays on track to meet delivery goals and project milestones.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager in a software development environment with multiple SAFe Agile teams


• 2+ years managing and delivering Observability products using open-source frameworks, monitoring tools, and technologies


• Experience with project budgeting and reporting


• In-depth knowledge of Agile practices, Scrum, Test Driven Development, SAFe, XP, and Kanban


• Strong Scrum backgrounds someone who work in enterprise level companies


• Strong communication skills


• Proficient in leading Scrum meetings and team discussions, coordinating cross-functional collaboration


• Strong commitment to transparency, fostering trust within the team and with business partners


• Skilled in handling impediments and facilitating alternative solutions to resolve conflicts effectively


• Ability to provide program-level updates to executives, demonstrating leadership and fostering trust within the organization


• Must be able to be onsite 3 days a week in the office in North Phoenix at our Client


• Capable of running big room planning, RTE/Agile/Safe certified


• SAFe and/or Scrum Master Certification is preferred


• PMP Certification is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
