Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in Corvallis, OR.

Duties Include:

• Manage multiple production or R&D tool installs/projects simultaneously


• Manage subcontractors for small projects or general contractors for larger projects


• Work with Business Unit leaders/resources for determining Scope, Schedule, and Resources for Projects and desired outcomes


• Create Project Scoping documents using company documents and processes


• Work with Space Planning, Infrastructure Engineering, and System Designers to understand impacts to facility systems and project feasibility


• Work closely with External Engineering resources for design review through IFR (Issue for Review) to IFC (Issue for Construction) phases of the project


• Work closely with trades to obtain quotes for project feasibility requirements, understanding potential schedule impacts


• Utilize tracking mechanisms for upcoming projects and ongoing projects


• Utilize invoicing systems for getting contractors paid


• Utilize Microsoft Project Software or other Project Management Software as needed for tracking and communicating progress on projects


• Keep clear records of project costs and communicate with business and infrastructure management to ensure scope, schedule, and resources stay on track; Manage multiple production or R&D tool installs/projects simultaneously

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to work closely with trades and obtain quotes for project feasibility requirements


• Familiarity with tracking mechanisms and invoicing systems: Necessary for managing upcoming and ongoing projects


• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Software or similar project management tools: For effective tracking and communication of project progress


• Attention to detail: Essential for maintaining clear records of project costs and communication


• Project closure skills: Ensuring all aspects of project scope are completed during project closeout

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
