Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager in Redmond, WA.

Summary:

• Daily schedule includes tracking the hardware, delivery status, work with technical team, etc.


• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program; Familiar with development, NPI, and transition into mass production processes and product life cycle management


• Oversees all aspects of projects/program


• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program


• Works effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, able to track and drive action items to closure with program required timeline

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in Program Management


• Proficient in program management tools including MS Project, SmartSheet


• Experience with dashboard tools, data analytics, automation highly preferred


• Experience in Consumer Electronics or Space Industries preferred


• Hardware management experience


• Experience with program management - MS Project, Smartsheets, etc.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
