RESPONSIBILITIES:
Summary:
In this role, the Senior/Lead Product Manager will consult and work with the business stakeholders, project managers, architects, development teams, and others to gather and define, then develop and document client requirements as both functional specifications then translate them to technical requirements to ensure successful deployment of deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of technical product management experience
- Project experience within supply chain initiatives - specifically around order management systems, dropship, backend markeyplace, order fulfillment, etc.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills - comfortable working with external vendors as well
- Coming from a technical environment - working with engineers (not just from the business/operations side)
- Day to day experience with working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working with development teams to execute on feature/functionality or enhancements of systems/applications
- Experience working in an Agile environment and with Jira
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
