Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Product Owner - Salesforce. The Product Owner closely collaborates with our Leadership team driving growth, development, and the achievement of strategic objectives within our organization. They will also be responsible for change management initiatives and key strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy execution plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
Support cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic projects and initiatives through various implementation phases
Drive organizational change by developing and deploying change management strategies and programs
Monitor, track, and evaluate progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and effective implementation to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide guidance and support to departmental managers in executing strategic and business objectives to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability
Coordinate market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats
Design and prepare documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes
Engage in strategic planning with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and communicate the company's vision, mission, and values
Ensure relevancy by continually monitoring industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance that guides strategic decision-making
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Prosci Change Management certification or similar designation preferred
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, change management, or related roles
Experience in the consumer goods industry and/or management consulting preferred
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives across multiple functional areas
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
High customer focus with a keen attention to detail
Ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving strategic goals
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
