The Director of Registration and Records, reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management, is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the College's registration and records processes. This role includes interpreting and applying federal and state guidelines, supporting the colleges degree audit process, ensuring transcript accuracy, and processing them in compliance with state and federal regulations. The Director also assists with submitting mandatory state and federal reports, including those for the National Student Clearinghouse and National Student Loan Data System. Additionally, the Director provides leadership for a student-centered registration experience, including SSC Circle, while overseeing Registration and Records, and the College-wide annual commencement. This role also serves as a liaison for special high school programs.
