We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Value Management Team. This role will be pivotal in facilitating cross-team collaboration and ensuring that generative AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives to deliver tangible value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and business analysis, with a focus on supporting data-based decision making and an interest in generative AI and its impact on the organization.
A Day in the Life:
Facilitate discussions across the Center of Excellence (CoE) and business teams to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.
Recommend on adherence to established processes, including intake and solutioning workflows, to ensure consistent and effective execution.
Track, monitor, and report on the status and progress of generative AI projects across the organization.
Follow up with partners to ensure that project actions are completed, and objectives are met.
Support the communication of business needs to program managers, product managers, and technology leaders to influence the AI roadmap.
Conduct use case analysis and opportunity mapping to identify areas where generative AI can drive value.
Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
Keys to Success:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field required.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
Marketing experience is helpful.
Interest in generative AI technologies and their application in business settings.
Experience in tracking and reporting on project progress and outcomes.
Experience in visualization, data management tools, and data-based storytelling.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$125,000.00.
