Key Responsibilities
Prepare concise high-impact analysis of complex client issues using detailed processes, tools, and templates.
Manage client and topic specific initiatives that facilitate an efficient, customer focused response to exceptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Develop improved reporting and analysis solutions that provide support for system projects and implementations.
Use MS Excel, MS Power BI, SQL, and DAX to extract, validate, and interpret data to meet the analytical needs of the business.
Keys to Success
To succeed in this role, previous experience in the order to cash process and a solid grasp of financial principles are essential. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to explain complicated situations to diverse audiences are crucial traits. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI are required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent experience considered.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance or related roles.
Proven experience in successfully improving operational processes and implementing effective reporting systems.
Must have the capacity to coordinate and prioritize work and demonstrate effective time management.
Advanced proficiency in analytical tools, including Excel, Power BI, and Relational Databases (SQL).
