Job Description:

Facility: Douglas Hospital



Wellstar Medical Group has a full-time position for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with our Post Acute Care group based in Douglasville, GA. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p.




  • Previous experience in skilled nursing facility and/or acute care setting preferred

  • Ability to operate independently for most shifts

  • Excellent communication/teamwork skills with supervising physician(s) and other interdisciplinary members

  • Experience with or possesses a drive for quality improvement processes
