The Clinical Director is responsible for the development of ABA services in the Texas region. They provide oversight of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to staffing cases, identifying capacity, running and analyzing reports that indicate program success and creating and implementing action plans and communicating needs to clinical director.
1. Directly oversees clinical operations of LSS to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
2. Supervises and mentors the clinical team on clinical responsibilities, including partaking in performance evaluations for the team and monitoring program progress and productivity.
3. Supports BCBAs in conducting functional assessments/analysis of behavior as well as skills-based assessments and supports the development of behavior intervention plans and ITPs for individuals with autism.
4. Maintains a caseload of clients aligned with the immediate needs of LSS clinical team.
5. Collaborates with clinical director to conduct professional development activities and in-service training for staff and families on applied behavior analysis.
6. Compliance a. Ensures program content aligns with Applied Behavior Analysis best practices and code of ethics as identified by the BACB and RVBH policies and procedures b. Follows established child abuse reporting requirements c. Follows HIPA Privacy rules
7. Fosters a positive team culture and supports agency culture/morale.
8. Other duties as assigned.
