Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The Sales Support Coordinator III is responsible for advanced administrative support for new and renewal business in partnership with Strategic sales and account associates.
How you will make an impact:
Provides advanced administrative support to the sales teams.
Supports the selling, servicing, and retaining activities for brokers and clients.
Coordinates and assists the proposal units on request for proposal ("RFP") responses to brokers and groups.
Updates system for proposal and sales activities of complex groups.
Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues.
Ensures accuracy of data for input.
Generates, reviews, and audits standard and ad hoc sales reports for brokers, clients, and sales teams.
Builds relationships internally and externally.
Completes projects which may be complex or high priority.
Evaluates and recommends changes in procedures or methods in areas that affect the sales support team.
Considers, proposes, and implements changes to administrative processes and procedures.
Mentors and trains sales support associates.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of sales/account management experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
