What You'll Do:People: Leadership & Team DevelopmentPartner with our Director of Operations & People to scout and build a dream team. This isnt just hiring; its building the foundation for HPAs future.Coach and inspire your team, fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and brings their best every day.Lead with a creative, people-first approach to keep turnover low and energy high. Empower young coaches and staff to grow into leaders who make an impact.Process & Product: Center OperationsTake charge of daily operations, ensuring the center is always ready to wowclean, sharp, and welcoming.Oversee a facility operating 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., including selected holidays.Lead your team of coaches and front-desk legends, creating a guest-first atmosphere where everyone feels at home.Own recruiting, scheduling, and training, keeping operations seamless for a top-notch experience.As this is a new role, youll collaborate with our leadership team to build and implement systems that lay the groundwork for future growth.Develop maintenance protocols that keep the facility at a world-class level and consistently exceed guest expectations.Track and crush KPIswhether its member satisfaction, facility upkeep, or revenue growth, youre the playmaker at Clovis. Work with the Programming Staff to deliver diverse programs that range from ages 2 to adults, catering to both competitive and recreational leagues.Performance: Community Marketing & Sales EnablementLead a membership-driven facility with revenue streams from enrollment fees, concessions, merchandise, events, facility rentals, sponsorships, and league fees for members who want to play in our leagues.Drive a legendary member experience that turns guests into raving fans.Collaborate with sales and marketing to launch initiatives that attract new members and keep our diverse community engaged.Take an active role in the community, hosting events, and building HPAs presence as the go-to sports hub.Be the face of HPA for soccer, basketball, pickleball, and more, connecting with community members and partners to fuel growth.Work alongside sales and marketing to hit revenue targets and create memorable experiences that keep people coming back.HPA Culture:Live and breathe HPAs core values- People, Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, Teamwork, and Community.
