This is a working role and will collaborate with a small team to coordinate and provide services to Wide Horizons program participants, including but not limited to program site management, classroom instruction, vocational preparation, job coaching, mentorship, parent / caregiver engagement, and community service activities.The Program Coordinator must set the highest standard for appropriate professional conduct through leadership by example and establish a culture of safety, inclusion, diversity, and equality throughout the program and organization.Statement of Duties: Planning, managing, coordinating and evaluating assigned staff efforts to achieve the programs objectives and Participant outcomes Coordinating with the regional center for the implementation of Participant IPP objectives for which the vendor is responsible Assessing the programs effectiveness in achieving Participant IPP objectives Identifying barriers to Participants success in obtaining their IPP/ROADMAP objectives and developing strategies to overcome those barriers Organizing and monitoring the intake and continuing assessment process Communicate with the licensing agency as required by applicable laws and regulationsMinimum Qualifications: Three (3) years of experience in a human services delivery systemand At least one (1) year in a comparable programor A bachelors degree in a human services related field Demonstrated ability to provide staff training, supervision and planning.
