As the Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.Job Overview:As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including but not limited to reception, inquiry follow-up and client scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payment, managing office supplies, maintaining a clean working environment, and providing support to staff members.Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary- Verify insurance benefits for clients- Collect payment methods and payments - Maintain a clean and organized office space- Schedule consults/sessions for new and existing clients- Provide administrative support to staff members as neededRequirements:- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role- Familiarity with insurance eligibility and benefits- Knowledge of CPT codes preferred- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSalary Range: $16 to $19 per hourAt Mindful Possibilities, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
