High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one year experience in retail asset protection or a combination of relevant education and experience
Minimum 18 years of age/21 in Alaska
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
Familiarity with asset protection terms and processes
Ability to make independent judgments with minimal supervision
Ability to continue education
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass all state and federal private security requirements for licensing or certification
