Triage I Driver Support Agent (Night Shift) at CTG Leasing Company in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Job Description:

*The schedule for this position is Wednesday 23:30-06:00 Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 17:30-06:00*

The Triage I Driver Support Agent is responsible for receiving calls from drivers, external vendors and internal team members and assisting them with their needs. Assistance could vary from mechanical, fuel, incident, advances, and security briefings and include processing payments to vendors on repairs that were performed. The role is responsible for being the point of contact person for drivers who call into Driver Support and direct their concerns where needed.

Responsibilities

• Ability to answer high call volumes at times
• Data intake and input into platforms for what the call intels
• Ability to be able to determine when the call needs moved to a next level Triage agent
• Review and approve estimates with in their level of authority
• Collaboration and Communicate with other Triage team members
• Other duties that are assigned to meet the needs of the Driver Support Team and Covenant

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to Multitask
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Web base programs prefered
• Typing skills required
• Problem Solving Skills
• Vehicle Maintenance knowledge preferred
• Geography knowledge of the United States preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of vehicle maintenance/repair experience preferred; class 8 experience a plus

Covenant’s compensation philosophy’s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company. The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.

Pay Range: $40,000.63-62,120.37

Pay Grade: 6
