The Triage I Driver Support Agent is responsible for receiving calls from drivers, external vendors and internal team members and assisting them with their needs. Assistance could vary from mechanical, fuel, incident, advances, and security briefings and include processing payments to vendors on repairs that were performed. The role is responsible for being the point of contact person for drivers who call into Driver Support and direct their concerns where needed.

Pay Range: $40,000.63-62,120.37
