The Enterprise Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives focused on brand-building, lead generation, and market positioning. This role emphasizes content creation, digital marketing, and brand management, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across all touchpoints to support enterprise-level marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the design, management, and updates of the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, SEO-
optimized, and aligned with branding and content strategies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow Covenant’s presence across
platforms, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
Lead video editing efforts, including the creation of promotional and informational videos that align with
marketing campaigns.
Oversee the production of multimedia content (audio, video, photography) to support marketing and internal communications.
Design a content strategy that includes blogs, email marketing, case studies, infographics, and other written materials, ensuring all content supports the customer journey from awareness to retention.
Manage content updates across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and retaining customers. Track and report on the performance of email campaigns.
Oversee copywriting efforts for various content pieces, ensuring clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly
messaging.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring that Covenant’s value proposition is
communicated effectively in every piece of content.
Manage and coordinate Covenant’s presence at sponsored events and industry conferences, including booth design, marketing collateral, and speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Lead public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and announcements to raise Covenant’s profile in the industry.
Identify, apply for, and manage awards submissions that elevate Covenant’s reputation.
Foster relationships with media and trade publications, ensuring regular coverage of Covenant’s activities, announcements, and industry thought leadership. Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent knowledge of B2B Inbound Marketing
Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of key SEO tools to drive search traffic
Expert working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot
Demonstrate the ability to take concepts and technical terms and translate into slides or presentations.
MS PowerPoint power user
Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar field required. 1 year of relevant experience may be
substituted for each year of education required.
• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing strategy required.
• Previous experience leading a team of marketing/multimedia personnel preferred.
• Experience in the logistics industry preferred

Covenant’s compensation philosophy’s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company. The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.
Pay Range: $56,139-$84,385
Pay Grade: 9
