SUMMARY
The Educational Technologist is responsible for integrating technology into the curriculum, provides technical support to staff, and promotes effective use of educational technology tools.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collaborates with staff and instructional designers to develop and implement technology-enhanced learning experiences and instructional materials. Researches, evaluates, and recommends educational technology tools, software, and hardware to support teaching and learning goals.
Provides training and professional development sessions to faculty and staff on the effective use of educational technology tools and resources. Assists staff in designing and developing courses, multimedia presentations, and interactive learning materials.
Troubleshoots technical issues related to educational technology tools and provide timely support to faculty and students. Conducts regular assessments and evaluations of educational technology initiatives to measure their impact on student learning outcomes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two to four (2-4) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
