The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering our mission and achieving our goals. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting the company’s brand and value proposition, communicating important information, measuring the outcomes of various initiatives, and enabling the sales team to effectively achieve sales goals.

Typical duties for the Creative Marketing Specialist include but are not limited to:

  • Executing sales promotion activities

  • Graphic design (print and digital, including product catalogs)

  • E-commerce content management

  • Internal and external marketing communications using multiple digital touchpoints, including social media

  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals

  • Track, measure, and report promotion results

  • Develop and execute promotions with various product vendors

  • Coordinate lead generation and branding campaigns

  • Develop relevant marketing collateral for various customer segments

  • Managing promotional item offering and budgets

  • Planning events

  • Developing and deploying customer engagement and loyalty programs

  • Developing new initiatives and value-added services

  • Analyzing system and market data to drive new opportunities for expansion and/or growth

  • Other duties as necessary

A college degree in Marketing or Business is preferred but equivalent experience is acceptable. A strong candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing in a Business-to-Business capacity, with exceptional candidates having prior experience in wholesale distribution and/or HVAC.

 

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
