What You Will Achieve
The Rare Disease Hemophilia Specialty Manager (HSM) is the lead commercial customer-facing representative for Pfizer's Hemophilia Portfolio to Clinicians, Healthcare Providers and Administrative stakeholders within Hemophilia Treatment Centers and affiliated institutions within their assigned geography. They are responsible for achieving company business objectives through the execution of account plans, in compliant coordination with the Rare Disease cross-functional team, to address customer educational needs and facilitate the appropriate utilization of Pfizer's innovative therapies for the hemophilia population.
Pfizer's Hemophilia Portfolio includes marketed recombinant factor products, BENEFIX and XYNTHA, along with the recent approval of Pfizer's first Gene Therapy for Hemophilia B, BEQVEZ, and Anti-TFPI therapy, HYMPAVZI, for Hemophilia A & B.
The HSM must demonstrate an elevated level of clinical/therapeutic area knowledge, as well as possess a deep understanding of the hemophilia patient journey, competitive dynamics, and product access pathways to support the existing portfolio with Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs)/ Qualified Treatment Centers (QTCs), Institutions and appropriately prepare for the safe and effective delivery of future pipeline therapies.
They are expected to work in compliant collaboration with Pfizer's cross functional team, including Field Medical, Patient Services, Reimbursement and other functions, appropriately triaging customer support needs to the relevant subject matter expert, contributing to a seamless customer and patient experience.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
