We are searching for a Line Cook for the Culinary department at our Naples campus. The Line Cook is primarily responsible for assisting the chef in preparation of all cooking and culinary functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Hands on preparation of high volume, high quality cuisine. Applicant needs to have: above average knife skills, appreciation and knowledge of quality ingredients, able to accomplish assigned tasks with little or no direct supervision, basic knowledge of soups, sauces, butchering and baking, as well as the ability to do above tasks in a clean, organized, efficient, and sanitary manner.

Education and Experience:
3 years high volume restaurant experience required
High school diploma preferred
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Culinary certification preferred
Serve-safe certification preferred
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Applicant must possess the ability to operate all kitchen equipment with little supervision.
