Job Description:

Responsible for material replenishment (raw material and/or finished goods). Ensure stock availability on time at right place (right balance of Resource vs. Demand). Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Planning Leader and Supply and Inventory Planner.

Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments.

What will you do:


  • Run Distribution Requirement Planning process on its perimeter.

  • Be primary contact of Downstream Planning Leader for right prioritization in Production Scheduling.

  • Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while optimizing inventory level.

  • Manage the purchase order portfolio, analyze stock discrepancies, and perform adjustments.

  • Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators in Warehouse.

  • Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.

  • Responsible for the performance of \"standard work\" within his or her sector or department.

  • May occasionally fill in for or assist operators as needed.

  • May be responsible for temporarily moving or shifting individual operators from one position or sector to another depending on changes in demand or priorities.

Qualifications/experience/background:


  • English B2

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience - manages processes & teams associated with planning, directing, and monitoring all warehouse activities.

  • Microsoft excel, ERP exposure.

  • Proven ability to work successfully in a multicultural environment across various functions (design engineering, purchasing, quality, marketing, finance, Sales).

  • Facilitator to drive problem solving and troubleshooting activities.

  • Work with minimal supervision.


Hard Skills:

  • Project management skills and basic understanding of DB.

  • Proven knowledge in manufacturing supporting production with a high sense of urgency to fix problems and to communicate barriers.

  • Requires Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems, MRP, Lean Manufacturing, ergonomics, environmental and safety standards, and regulations.

  • Strong analytical, statistical, data processing experience.

Soft Skills:


  • Customer centric, results oriented, anticipate issues.

  • Team builder, foster teamwork, mentor, and develop team members.

  • Leadership skills able to influence and convince (strategic thinker)

  • Cross-cultural awareness.

  • Communication (Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner internally as well as externally).

  • Ability to communicate, organize and work with Top Management, Project Managers, Sales Account Managers of VIP customers.

  • Strong ability to facilitate and lead meetings with business stakeholders (Project Managers, Sales Account Managers, Project coordinators, inside sales, field service managers)

  • MS Office

  • ERP system - Oracle Preferred
