Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Test and Analysis Power Supply Engineer to join us as part of our Space Electronics team located in El Segundo, CA, working 2nd shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PT).
Boeing's Space and Launch Division manages the company's major commercial and government satellite and ground programs for communications, national defense and other missions.

As part of Boeing's Space Electronics division, you will perform the analysis, basic assembly, and testing of electronics for satellites.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads and coordinates daily testing and tasks of the test technician team on 2nd shift.
Part of a 24/7 Test Team that supports ambient, vibration and environmental tests on Digital and Power products.
Coordinates and supports multiple teams to test multiple products on the factory floor.
Supports engineers to conduct various methods of testing and analysis to support design.
Supports gathering of data for technical performance measures.
Provides basic engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product.
Supports the maintenance of detailed requirements and specifications for various electronic products.
Assists in coordinating the manufacture and assembly of test hardware.
Supports test anomalies and identifies solutions to mitigate basic electrical test issues.
Identifies solutions to basic problems and supports the development of test processes, methods, and tools.
Alerts recurring engineer authorities for off-nominal data.
Work variable shifts including weekends as needed
Works under general supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Experience testing, and integrating a digital circuit card assemblies
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree
Experience with circuit design for Space Applications
Demonstrates strong analytic and problem solving skills.
Collaborative teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to work across internal and external organizations.
Bachelors with 2 more years of experience and Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Electrical Engineering.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
