RESPONSIBILITIES:
Summary:
This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with IT solutions, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements. It involves supporting strategic and tactical initiatives, collaborating closely with Fleet Finance and the Financial Analytics team to formulate key strategic initiatives based on thorough analysis and comprehensive review of existing processes.
Additionally, the role entails ensuring the successful delivery of projects in terms of functionality, quality, system performance, Quality Assurance, and technical documentation. The Business Analyst ensures alignment with corporate objectives and process standardization. This position also involves overseeing other resources involved in projects as necessary and actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with business units on significant strategic initiatives.
This technical expert collaborates with GFIT, IT, Decision Support, business users, and other departments as required to facilitate the development and implementation of new business practices, with a primary focus on process enhancement, business process re-engineering, and managing communication from accounting systems perspective.
REQUIREMENTS:
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
