RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer & Product Owner.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our ServiceNow Product team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the setup, operation, and enhancement of both the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps) product suites in ServiceNow. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, value-driven solutions while minimizing unnecessary customizations and ensuring long-term value creation and sustainability. The Senior ServiceNow Developer & Product Owner should be a team player with strong critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality, innovation, and world-class software products.

Responsibilities:


  • Design solutions according to enterprise standards and align them with business priorities

  • Lead cross-solution architecture design decisions with developers, vendors, internal and external partners, and design authorities

  • Perform architecture reviews of current and future solutions to ensure continuous improvement and manage technical debt

  • Conduct research, evaluation, proof of concepts, and adoption of new ServiceNow applications and modules

  • Design non-functional requirements and perform implementation reviews to identify gaps between design and code

  • Develop and communicate architectural strategy and roadmaps

  • Seek opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes

  • Partner with Product Managers to establish high-level solution intent and showcase product value for stakeholders

  • Provide solutions to any issues/defects raised in the implemented solutions







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • ServiceNow CSA and relevant CIS certifications (IRM and/or SecOps)

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM and/or SecOps suite (software development, integration, architecture design)

  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, GRC, and SecOps modules and capabilities

  • Strong understanding of GRC principles and frameworks and best practices, e.g., PCI, NIST

  • Extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing GRC and SecOps-related solutions using the ServiceNow platform

  • Ability to translate GRC and SecOps requirements into detailed solution architecture

  • Experience with ServiceNow Security Incident and Vulnerability Response solution deployments and operations, including infrastructure vulnerabilities, application vulnerabilities, container vulnerabilities, penetration test, and configuration compliance modules

  • Experience with how SecOps intersects with the configuration management database (CMDB), IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and their value/relevance to Security solutions

  • Experience with common security tools and integrating ServiceNow SecOps with these tools (e.g., Tenable, Aqua, Wiz)

  • Experience in agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
