The LITES Network is looking for a Clinical Research Education Manager to develop, manage, and execute training for individuals engaged in LITES clinical trials. This includes prehospital/EMS personnel, in-hospital clinical personnel, and research personnel at participating LITES sites. This position will be tasked with creating training materials for a diverse group of stakeholders, updating study reference materials, leading education efforts, and overseeing the work of other educators. In addition, this position will help the LITES Monitoring team with verifying study compliance at site and site re-education.
We are seeking someone who can independently as well as collaboratively with all levels of internal and external study personnel to support study training efforts. This individual must have good organization and communication skills and be highly detailed-oriented. Travel to local and out-of-state study sites may be required. Clinical experience of clinical trial experience is required; a background in education or change management id preferred.
Manages day-to-day Program responsibilities for staff in research study administration, recruitment, and logistics. Develops and implements operational plans and systems for recruitment, data collection, and meeting project goals and deliverables. Ensures study protocols and quality control procedures are met.
Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English (both verbal and written communications). Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite - especially Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be able to successfully work in a hybrid work-in office/work-from home environment. Must be willing to travel, including some overnight travel required.
Ability to travel via plane and care to local and out-of-state study sites. Ability to move around campus but position is mostly sedentary working at a computer monitor.
