Location: Indianapolis, Indiana



Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Technician to join our clinical research lab in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience, which may include experience gained through undergraduate studies or prior work in an industry setting. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about clinical research and looking to further their laboratory skills.



Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and assays as directed by senior lab staff.


• Prepare and organize lab reagents, samples, and equipment for experiments.


• Assist in data collection, entry, and preliminary analysis.


• Maintain accurate and detailed lab records and documentation.


• Follow all safety protocols and laboratory procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.).


• Minimum 1 year of hands-on lab experience (academic or industry).


• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.


• Good organizational and time management skills.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday
