Knowledge Management Coordinator job in Sterling Heights, Michigan is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Defense company. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, you will contribute to innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage training programs for engineering teams, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Organize training logistics, including rooms, equipment, security, and communication with attendees.
Maintain and update training data, including attendee lists, course feedback, and costs.
Upload knowledge artifacts to Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge Management System.
Provide monthly status reports on training budgets and courses completed.
Support proposal management by extracting status reports, coordinating engineering inputs, and tracking approvals.
Compile and manage capital project data, status budget approvals, and updates.
Serve as a backup for capital planning and proposal support tasks.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work on-site with occasional overtime.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
Experience coordinating training and providing budget status.
