What You Will Do
We are excited to be opening our new distribution facility in Merrillville, IN using state of the art technology while minimizing our carbon footprint. Our 400,000 square foot facility will serve as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee the warehouse's daily operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, shipping, and receiving. You will
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Warehouse Technicians to meet daily goals.
- Organize and manage schedules, assigning tasks to ensure timely order processing and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse processes and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments and business units.
What You Will Bring
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in warehousing and experience leading teams.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in relevant systems (e.g., Oracle, spreadsheets), and the ability to present information effectively.
