Key Responsibilities
Successfully implement and manage customer-directed project timelines, providing accurate inquiry assessments and ensuring flawless execution of documents required for manufacturing customized cell culture media.
Oversee change orders and manage product documentation strictly adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliver results.
Provide technical support to customers, internal teams, and training to junior scientists and manufacturing staff.
Possess problem solving skills to support investigations, determine root cause, and implement CAPA plans.
Design and support experiments. Identify and resolve elementary problems in experimental designs.
Strong chemistry background with ability to perform calculations and conversions.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols.
Additional responsibilities may be required as needed and/or assigned.
Requirements
B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology/Biomedical engineering, or related field required
Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field;
Proven experience in designing chemical and cell culture media formulations.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $75,800.00-$113,675.00.
