Founded in 1999, The Midas Collaborative is a statewide nonprofit organization that helps low and moderate-income residents of Massachusetts build assets and achieve greater economic stability. Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Part-Time Program Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry into Salesforce and other CRM databases, auditing account information, and drafting bank documents. This position is ideal for students, recent graduates, or someone looking for a short-term opportunity to gain practical experience in data management, administrative tasks, and nonprofit program delivery. Location: 100% remote, must live in Massachusetts Hours: 15 hours per week, flexible work schedule Compensation: $20/hour, no other paid benefits Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Entry:Accurately enter data into Salesforce and other designated databases.Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Regularly update records and maintain data accuracy. 2. Account Auditing:Perform routine audits of account information to ensure completeness and accuracy.Identify and correct discrepancies in account data.Document audit findings and suggest improvements for data management processes. 3. Drafting Bank Forms:Assist in preparing and drafting bank account applications and withdrawal requests.Gather necessary information and documentation from relevant sources.Ensure all forms are accurate and comply with company and regulatory requirements. 4. General Administrative Support:Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and scheduling.Support team members with special projects and research as required. Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
