Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in the company database
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as necessary
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Assist with retrieving and organizing data for reports
Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy
Complete data entry tasks on a deadline, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
Perform general office tasks and assist with administrative projects as needed

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred
Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related field is an advantage
Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed (minimum 40 WPM)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data entry software
Good time-management skills and ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Basic understanding of data privacy standards
